All physical benefits run for one school year (August through June). Banners, plaques, and yearbook ads are produced by the PTA at our cost — sponsors only need to provide a high-resolution logo.

Become a sponsor

Sponsorship runs on a school-year cycle (August through June). To sponsor for the upcoming year, the easiest path is:

1. Pick a tier from the table above.
2. Contact us with your business name, preferred tier, and any logo or recognition preferences.
3. The Treasurer follows up with a W-9, an invoice, and payment options (check, ACH, or credit card).
4. Send us your high-resolution logo (PNG with transparent background preferred) and the URL you want it linked to.
5. Banners are ordered as soon as payment clears — usually visible at the school within 3 weeks.
