PTA work happens in committees. Each committee is led by a Chair who serves a one-year term and reports to the Board. Most committees welcome new members year-round — if you see one that fits your skills or interests, reach out.
Fundraising
Runs the Future Fund campaign, the annual Vinty Bear Fair, and seasonal fundraisers. Coordinates with the Treasurer on revenue goals.

Manages the sign-up sheets, recruits help for events, and matches families to opportunities.

Coordinates Teacher Appreciation Week, staff luncheons, the Volunteer Tea, and other community gatherings.

One parent per classroom who liaises between the teacher and PTA, organizes class parties and field-trip help.
